  • Never leave paperwork unattended
  • Always place sensitive documents in locked storage or shred when documents are no longer needed

  • Always log out of ScreeningWorks when you're finished processing or retrieving records
  • Do not share passwords with co-workers, or leave them visible near your computer
  • Your computer should be password protected and in a locked area
  • Never use ScreeningWorks passwords on a login screen that's unfamiliar
