RentGrow, Inc. ("RentGrow,""us," "we," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its site ("Site"), both individuals and business organizations ("user", "you" or "your"). RentGrow's Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Through the use of cookies or similar technology, we track and collect information about your computer and software when you visit the Site. This information may include: (i) your IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; (iv) type of web browser; (v) access times; and (vi) referring web sites addresses (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you. Traffic Data assists us to design and arrange our web pages in the user-friendliest manner and to continually improve our Site to better meet the needs of users.
We use Traffic Data to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We may provide Traffic Data and/or other aggregate non-personally identifying information to third parties.
If you choose to register with us and subscribe to our services (become a "Registered User"), you will be asked to create a username and account password and provide us with certain information that identifies you. Specifically, we will require certain "Personally Identifiable Information" from you as an individual online to verify your identity and to process your requests as an individual. Personally Identifiable Information may include information such as: first and last name (middle initial and suffix, as applicable); Social Security number; date of birth; gender; home telephone number; e-mail address; current and former mailing address; credit card number and expiration date; and driver's license number, state of issue, and address on license. We also will require certain "Business Organization Identifiable Information" from you as a business organization online to verify your identity and to process your requests as a business organization. Business Organization Identifiable Information may include information such as: name of the organization; Tax ID number; date business started; business telephone and fax numbers; e-mail address; current and former street and mailing addresses; credit card number and expiration date; names and information about the business organization owners and others connected with the business organization, such as shareholders and officers. Personally Identifiable Information and Business Organization Identifiable Information are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Identifiable Information."
In addition, if you are a Registered User and you are using our Site to run a transaction, we collect third-party identifying information and all information regarding the transaction in order to process your request for services. During this transaction, IP addresses are tied to your Identifiable Information to maintain security of transactions and payments. Third-party identifying information is disclosed to affiliates (companies that are related to us by common ownership or affiliated with us by common control) and/or non-affiliated parties such as credit reporting agencies, public records vendors, and other information/data providers but only as required to process and fulfill the transaction you requested.
You may choose not to provide us with any Identifiable Information. In such an event, you can still access and use some portions of the Site. You will not, however, be able to access services that we may offer or use those portions or features of the Site that require your Identifiable Information.
If you communicate with us by e-mail, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or the like, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Identifiable Information.
INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES
In order to protect you from fraud or other misconduct, we will obtain information about you, including Identifiable Information, from third parties to verify the information you provide to us during the registration process and thereafter as a Registered User. For example, we may use credit card authorization and fraud screening services, access your credit file information and/or public records vendors to verify that your credit or debit card information and address match the information that you provided to us.
USES AND SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Identifiable Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on us; (b) enforce our rights; (c) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of RentGrow, users of the Site or the public;(d) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of our services or equipment; (e) enforce our Terms of Use and/or applicable Customer Certifications of Legal Compliance, including investigation of potential violations thereof; and/or (f) detect, prevent and/or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
In general, we will only use Identifiable Information for the purposes for which such information was provided to us.
We may use your Identifiable Information for the following purposes: (a) to verify the information you provided to us; (b) to provide you the services that you have requested; (c) to provide you with information about us and our programs and services; (d) to provide services which Registered Users are entitled in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable Customer Certifications of Legal Compliance; (e) to produce aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by us; (f) to respond to your inquiries; (g) to offer you other products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you; and (h) for any other purposes related to those set forth above.
Based upon the Identifiable Information you provide us, we may send you a welcome e-mail to verify your username. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries to provide the services you request and to manage your account.
From time to time, we may send you service-related communications. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you a notification e-mail. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and e-mail address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide an easy way for you to unsubscribe if needed. Please see the "Opt-out/Discontinue"section below for further details.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use the services of third-parties and/or hire third parties to provide services on our behalf, such as processing and/or completing transactions relating to our services (including credit card transactions), handling and delivering of e-mail communications, and hosting of our Site. We share Identifiable Information with those service providers. Service providers of RentGrow who have access to Identifiable Information, however, are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and not to use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for RentGrow.
BUSINESS TRANSITIONS
In the event RentGrow goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, sale of all or a portion of its assets, or reorganization or liquidation, RentGrow reserves the right to transfer, sell or assign information concerning the Site and your use of the Site, including without limitation your Identifiable Information.
OPT-OUT/DISCONTINUE
While Registered Users cannot unsubscribe from all messages relating to our services, we provide users the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having Identifiable Information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication.
A Registered User may contact RentGrow at any time to request that all Identifiable Information in RentGrow's possession and control be deactivated and that services be discontinued.
CHANGING YOUR IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
If your Identifiable Information changes, you may update it by making the change on your My Account page.

BULLETIN BOARDS/CHAT ROOMS
If you use a bulletin board or chat room on this Site, you should be aware that any Identifiable Information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Identifiable Information you choose to submit in these forums.
SECURITY
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Identifiable Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
The Site has security measures in place intended to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

SPECIAL NOTIFICATION FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Users who reside in California and have provided Identifiable Information to RentGrow have the right to receive: (a) information identifying any third party to whom RentGrow may have disclosed, within the past year, personal information pertaining to you and your family for that party's direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of personal information disclosed. To obtain such information, please e-mail your request to CAPrivacy@rentgrow.com. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
