- Never leave paperwork unattended
- Always place sensitive documents in locked storage or shred when documents are no longer needed
Always Secure your Applicant's/Tenant's Electronic Information
- Always log out of ScreeningWorks when you're finished processing or retrieving records
- Do not share passwords with co-workers, or leave them visible near your computer
- Your computer should be password protected and in a locked area
